BSSM - Where are your Manners?

So I was following Jet Wolf's liveblog about her Sailormoon rewatches, and she had pointed out something I had never noticed before - Artemis had, for some reason, a little fork on his tuna can.

I couldn't help but think that a sensible cat such as Artemis couldn't have come up with something as silly as that, so I figured, what if Minako had to do with it?
